KRAV MAGA translated from Hebrew is "Contact Combat." It is a military based, hand to hand fighting system developed by the Israeli Defense Forces. What makes Krav Maga unique is that it continues to evolve even today. The IDF make adjustments to ensure the system stays modern and effective in an ever changing world. Known for its simplicity and practicality, Krav Maga has been adopted by many military and law enforcement agencies worldwide. This continued real-world battle testing has led to it's popularity in civilian based Self Defense.
