FITNESS TO PREPARE YOU FOR THE FIGHT
Fit 20/30 is a high intensity 20/30 minute fitness training class. We believe fitness is integral to success in a real street fight. You must be strong, fast and capable of running away when the opportunity presents itself. Our goal is to push you to another level of fitness, and more importantly, provide an opportunity for you to push yourself. Expect to punch, kick, pound, squat, crunch, pushup, plank, burpee, jump rope, curl, press, lunge and crawl for 30 minutes straight.
